Shipping policy

Production time
Many Pink Hoodie products are made after an order is placed. Unless a product listing states otherwise, please allow 3–9 business days for production before shipment. This is production time and does not include carrier transit time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Production begins after payment and all required order information have been received.
Ready-to-ship, preorder, custom, personalized, and rush products may have different timelines stated in their listings. When an order contains items with different production timelines, the entire order may ship together according to the longest applicable timeline.
Standard shipping
Standard orders are generally shipped using UPS. Transit ordinarily takes approximately 1–4 business days depending on destination, weather, carrier volume, and other conditions. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be emailed or texted using the contact information provided at checkout when a shipping label is created. Tracking activity may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Expedited shipping
Expedited shipping changes carrier transit time only. It does not shorten Pink Hoodie’s stated production time unless a separate rush-production service has been purchased and confirmed.
Orders qualifying for a complimentary shipping upgrade will receive the service displayed at checkout after the standard production period.
Shipping charges
Available shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping applies only when the order meets the stated requirements.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when Pink Hoodie cancels the order before shipment.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please email Hello@PinkHoodiePrints.com within 12 hours after purchase if an address correction is needed.
Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charge required to resend it.
Carrier delays
Pink Hoodie is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, peak-season volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If Pink Hoodie learns that we cannot ship within the production time promised at purchase, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate. You may consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If tracking does not update, a package arrives damaged, or you believe a package has been lost, contact Hello@PinkHoodiePrints.com promptly with your order number.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs of any damage while a carrier claim is reviewed. Customer cooperation may be required to complete a carrier investigation or claim.
A carrier scan marked “delivered” does not always mean a package was placed at the expected door. Please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier delivery photograph before contacting us.
Pink Hoodie will assist with eligible carrier claims but cannot guarantee approval by the carrier. Replacement or reimbursement depends on the circumstances, available carrier protection, and applicable law.
Local pickup
Local pickup orders are not ready immediately unless specifically marked ready to ship. Please wait until you receive a “ready for pickup” notification before arriving.
Pickup instructions and available hours will be included in your notification. Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders within the communicated pickup period or contacting Pink Hoodie to make alternate arrangements.
